“Nope..” She rubbed her face. “I do need a place to crash.”
“Knowing you, I’d like to thank you for not being literal.” He laughed and stepped aside, letting her in.
She laughed, squeezing around him. “I appreciate this, Tony, I really do.”
Shutting the door, he followed her into the living room. “What’d you do this time?”
“Got sent up here on a mission. My house got torched.”
