damesnowflake-blog asked: "Oh god, Joss.." She ran to the feline shifter, and hauled him up in a firemens carry, intent on getting him. "You're safe now, Nothing else is gonna happen." She wasn't going to say she'd already shot the bastards that had kidnapped him.

“Shhh.. We’re going home.” She murmured, carrying him out of the room with slow delibrate steps. “We’re gonna get you fed, and get you water, and bathed and give you all the cuddles you need, brother. Stay with me Joss, I love you, just stay with me okay?”

She made it out the door to the facility. “I’m gonna put you down and let you shift, but please don’t run.” She sat down on the stairs and pulled him into her lap, her arms around him.
