Samantha Wilson, retired pararescue, now working as a nurse in a VA. Like to think I'm good friends with America's Hero, Captain America - even if he a snarky ass.
She gave an internal chuckle, he really was adorable when he was nervous. “Penny for your thoughts?” She teased, nudging him with her shoulder. “What’s up, Petey, you know you can tell me anything.”
She was fond of the younger man, and she wouldn’t lie, the costume he wore was enough to boil any red-blooded woman’s thoughts. She shook herself mentally. That was neither here nor there and she was getting distracted.
Instead she shifted her body so she was facing him, left leg bent with her foot tucked under herself.
When she teased and nudged him, his cheeks turned light pink into a blush and scratched the back of his head. “Uh…Sam..”
Well, he was secretly in love with her for who was she but doesn’t know if she does the same which the chances are low because of their age difference they had between them but other part of him has a hope that she may feel the same for him.
Taking a deep breath, he looked down for a bit and looked up back at her. “Uh, let’s make this clear…I know it would sound strange to you but I’m serious about it and no kidding this time. The real truth is, I kind of…developed feelings for you…I..I seriously love you Sam…r-really do..”
Whatever she had been expecting, it wasn’t that. Rising from the couch, she was quiet for a while, before she turned and looked at him. “Have you thought about what this would entail, Pete?"
She was old enough to be his mother for crying out loud, but then that didn’t Thor and Jane, did it? She was deep in thought for a moment before looking at him ."You’re serious? This isn’t Tony or Clint putting you up to this to make me look like an idiot?" Again.
She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. "If this is a bad joke, I swear to everything holy, I will kill all three of you.” Her dark eyes opened and she relaxed. “I wasn’t going to say anything because you’re half my age, but, I think I love you too, Pete.”
